HOT WATER AND STEAM BOILER SYSTEMS FROM BOSCH
Since 2011, Apaco AG has been the exclusive factory representative of Bosch Thermotechnik and supplies Bosch Industriekessel (formerly Loos Industriekessel) with accessories for our customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Apaco AG is the contact for your system at all times: from the first exchange of ideas, preparation of an offer, project management and handling, delivery, installation, commissioning of the system including service contracts consisting of maintenance, servicing, supply of original spare parts as well as retrofitting or modernisation – Apaco will take care of all your needs.
In the output range from 175 to 55,000 kg/h, the steam boilers from Bosch Industriekessel are available for a wide variety of applications, e.g. in the food industry, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, energy supply and the chemical and petrochemical industries.
In the output range from 650 to 38,000 kW, hot and warm water boilers from Bosch Industriekessel are available for a wide variety of applications.
The dimensioning and equipment of the products are customer-specific with numerous options and variation possibilities. These plants are designed and built according to the latest applicable standards, such as EN-12953, TRD, BomE, LRV, etc. The result: maximum energy efficiency, conservation of resources and optimal availability.
HEAT CARRIER SYSTEMS FROM HEATEC
Through the takeover and integration of the former Bertrams Heatec AG’s employees, who were based in Pratteln, Switzerland, Apaco is now in a position to offer services in international heat transfer system manufacturing. Our employees in the Heatec department have been planning and building custom-made heat transfer plants for the chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries for decades.
In the temperature range up to approx. 410°C, Heatec’s heat transfer oil boiler systems are available for a wide variety of applications, e.g. in the food industry, pharmaceutical and life sciences, energy supply and the chemical and petrochemical industries.
In the temperature range up to 510°C for Hitec salt or 630°C for solar salt, Heatec’s molten salt boiler systems are used, for example, in the production of melamine, aluminium oxide or highly concentrated sodium hydroxide, and they can be used for the operation of solar thermal power plants. Salt mixtures with a high melting point are used. They are liquid under operating conditions and are operated without pressure.
The output spectrum ranges from 100 kW to approx. 45 MW per heater. A higher output is achieved by interconnecting several units.
